Disabling SIP App-Emergency Calling Mode

You can a send command to the device from the right-click Actions menu in the Device Status Monitor page to disable the SIP App for Emergency Calling mode and switch back to regular Teams Calling mode.

To disable Emergency Calling:

1.

In the Device Status Monitor page, select the check box adjacent to the relevant device and then from the Actions drop-down, choose Switch back to Teams.

Click Switch to confirm.

The following confirmation is displayed. Click OK to close the dialog.
